Hannah (Dot) Kelly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer engagement, administration, and creative roles. Currently serving as an Engagement Manager at AM since July 2019, Hannah manages customer engagement accounts across EMEA, NA, and APAC, collaborating with Sales Managers to create tailored engagement plans. Previous roles include Product Specialist and Academic Engagement, where relationship-building and brand awareness were key, and involvement in a Diversity and Representation Working Group that produced a White Paper on inclusivity in product development. Hannah's earlier experience spans higher education admissions and examination coordination at Wiltshire College, contract administration at Curo, and various positions in costume and wardrobe management within the theatre industry. Academically, Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's degree in Drama Studies and Theatre Studies, alongside a postgraduate diploma in Theatre Design: Costume Construction.
