Matthew Fallshaw has held a variety of roles in a number of companies. Matthew began their career in 2002 as Press Shop Manager and Development Manager at Fallshaw Wheels & Castors. Matthew then co-founded Tricycle Developments in 2006, where they served as Founder and Managing Director. In 2007, they became Director of Electrodrive. In 2008, they were Founding Partner of Investling. From 2009 to present, Fallshaw has been involved with Bellroy, where they have held various roles, including Co-Founder, CIO and Founding Team, COO, CFO and Founding Team, and CIO & Founding Team. In 2009, they also became Director of Radiopaedia.org. In 2014, they joined the Board of Directors of the Machine Intelligence Research Institute. In 2018, they became Chair of the Effective Altruism Funds: Long-Term Future Fund and Advisor of the Berkeley Existential Risk Initiative.
Matthew Fallshaw attended the University of Melbourne from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a BA and BE(Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering.
