Mark Dunmire is an experienced Global Governance Manager with a focus on Operational Excellence at Tapestry since August 2019, overseeing IT governance processes for a $8B multi-brand Fortune 500 company. Prior to this role, Mark served as an Incident Management Specialist at Prudential Financial, managing critical IT incidents globally. Mark has extensive experience in IT Process Management at Publicis Groupe, where leadership of a five-member team resulted in a significant reduction in major incidents and enhanced incident resolution strategies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and has additional educational experience at the University of Minnesota.
