Monica Fisher M.Ed., BCBA, COBA, is an experienced educational and behavioral professional with a robust career at Bellefaire JCB since July 2004, where roles have included Director of Residential Education and Director of the Behavior Department at Monarch School. In these capacities, Monica oversees a team that delivers specialized educational services and behavior management strategies for residential students, including the development of Individual Educational Plans and training for staff pursuing certification in applied behavior analysis. Additionally, Monica serves as an adjunct faculty instructor in the BCBA program at Cleveland State University and has provided consultative services as a Behavior Consultant with ABA Outreach Services, along with experience as a Habilitation Specialist. Education includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, supplemented by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
