Alan Ruley is a distinguished partner at Bell, Davis & Pitt, P.A., with extensive experience in various legal practice areas including Appellate Advocacy, Banking Litigation, Business and Corporate Law, and Complex Business Litigation, among others, since 1992. Prior to this role, Alan served as a judicial law clerk for Hon. John T. Copenhaver, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia from 1986 to 1988. Alan Ruley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Duke University.
