Michael Smith is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in application support and IT troubleshooting. Currently serving as an Application Support Specialist II at Belimed since April 2020, Michael manages software implementation projects, edits configuration scripts, and utilizes troubleshooting tools to address issues while collaborating with customer IT departments. Prior experience includes providing Tier II support for Microsoft and Mac systems at Hemmersbach and performing installation and troubleshooting tasks as a Communications Technician at Comcast Cable. Michael began a career in team leadership at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, overseeing store operations and managing employee tasks. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Central Carolina Technical College.
