Graziella Plopeanu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and success roles. Currently serving as the Customer Success Team Lead at Doctoralia España since January 2022, Graziella has previously held various customer service positions at Suntransfers.com from February 2014 to January 2022. These roles included Customer Service Supervisor, Senior Agent - Social Media Specialist, and Customer Care Administrator.
