Xiang Li is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and general corporate matters. Currently a Partner at Beijing DHH Law Firm since April 2019, Xiang Li previously held positions as a Secondment Attorney at Canva and Xi’an Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd. in 2022 and 2020, respectively. Prior to these roles, Xiang Li was an Associate at Taylor Wessing and Guo & Partners, focusing on inbound M&A, outbound investments, and various corporate legal services. Additional experience includes an attorney role at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and paralegal duties at Latham & Watkins, specializing in IPOs for PRC-based companies. An alum of The University of Hong Kong with an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law and Peking University, where an LLB and BA in Law and Economics were earned, Xiang Li has a solid educational foundation to complement a robust legal career.
