Ben Murphy is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Since July 2020, Ben has been an Associate at J A Kemp, progressing from Trainee to Part Qualified and then to Chartered Attorney. Prior to this role, Ben served as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney at LANE IP LIMITED and gained valuable experience as a Strategy Analyst at Landor. Earlier career roles include Account Manager at Brainlabs and research positions at the Global Policy Institute and Jericho Chambers. Ben holds a Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice from Nottingham Law School and a Postgraduate Certificate in the same field from Queen Mary University of London, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oxford.
