Karaks Stephen has extensive experience in customer assurance and sales, currently working at Behler-Young Company since November 2013. In addition to this role, Karaks serves as an evening instructor at Northwestern Technological Institute since October 2017. Prior to these positions, Karaks was a Senior Service Technician at Great Dane Heating and Air Conditioning from October 2006 to October 2013, specializing in residential and commercial HVAC systems across a diverse range of makes and models.
