Tetiana Nikytynska is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and previously as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Beetroot since December 2016. In this role, Tetiana specializes in recruitment strategy development, team onboarding and mentoring, and managing recruitment budgets and metrics, while focusing on client success and talent attraction. Prior to this, Tetiana worked as a Recruitment Specialist, responsible for candidate sourcing, conducting HR interviews, and facilitating knowledge-sharing workshops. Additionally, Tetiana served as a Career Coach at Beetroot Academy from June 2021 to October 2022. Tetiana holds a specialist degree in documentation and information science from Odessa National Polytechnic University, earned from 2007 to 2013.
