Jasmine Ganguly has worked in various roles over the past 27 years. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Recruiter for Maxonic. In 2019, they began working as an IT Technical Recruiter for Scintel Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for recruiting IT professionals for a variety of contracts and permanent positions for nationwide clients. From 2009 to 2019, they worked as a SW Engineer II and SW Engineer I for NCR Corporation. In 1997, they began working as a Consultant for Hewlett Packard, where they worked on enterprise-wide e-commerce web applications. From 1999 to 1999, they worked as a Consultant for Waste Management Inc. and Houston Golf Association, and from 1996 to 1996, they worked as a Consultant for Jardine & Fleming Group Of Companies and American Express. In 1994, they began working as a Programmer Analyst for FutureSoft, and in 1996, they worked as a Consultant for FutureSoft (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Jasmine Ganguly completed their Bachelors Degree in Mathematics (Honors) from Delhi University from 1989 to 1992. Jasmine then obtained a 2 yr. Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, New Delhi from 1992 to 1995. After that, they earned their Masters Degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi from 2000 to 2003. In May 2018, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification.
