James Eckfeldt

Global Director - Expansion & Transformation at BEES

James Eckfeldt has a extensive work experience that spans various roles in different companies. James started their career as an Advisory Intern at Ernst & Young in 2011. After that, they worked as a Consulting Services Intern at Microsoft, where they re-engineered the Monitoring & Control process for consulting project management. In 2013, they joined IBM as a Strategic Outsourcing Intern, where they pioneered and implemented a standardized Monitoring & Control Scorecard for project management KPIs. In the same year, they also started working at Cargill, where they held multiple roles such as Commercial Trainee, Feed & Proteins Manager, and Senior Wheat Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for sales, profitability, and market share growth, and achieved significant increases in market share, small customer volume, and total sales volume. James joined Anheuser-Busch InBev in 2019 as a Global MBA Summer Intern. Currently, they are working at BEES, where they have held various roles such as Global Manager - Digital Logistics, Global Director - Marketplace Logistics, Global Director - 1P Marketplace Strategy, and currently serves as the Global Director - Expansion & Transformation.

James Eckfeldt completed their education at various institutions over the years. James obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they participated in an Applied Finance for Non-Specialists Program at Universidad del Pacífico for six months in 2016-2017. In 2013, they received a Bachelor of Business Engineering degree from Universidad del Pacífico, where they specialized in Business Engineering. Additionally, they took part in an Academic Exchange Program at Maastricht University in 2012, focusing on Business Administration and Management. James Eckfeldt also holds several certifications, including Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets from Wharton Online and a Management Excellence & Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from Optness Institute.
