Mathias Mörtl serves as the COO of dormakaba since 2021, overseeing a Swiss public company with a revenue of approximately 3 billion EUR and an EBIT of 13-16% in access control solutions. Prior to this role, Mathias worked at Voith Turbo from 2015 to 2021, initially as COO and later as CTO, where a focus on organizational and technological transformation was pivotal following a significant restructuring.
