Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Principal at Eliassen Group, where responsibilities included providing strategic talent solutions across various sectors. Richard also worked as Director of Strategic Solutions at Mueller Prost, Director of Talent Acquisition at Centene Corporation, and Director of Executive Leadership at Mortgage Returns by Ellie Mae. Richard’s career began at Aerotek as Director of Talent Acquisition, focused on enhancing talent acquisition programs for Fortune 500 companies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Louisville.
