Lydia Land possesses extensive experience in local government management, currently serving as the Lead Officer for Operating Model at Bedford Borough Council since September 2021. Previously, Lydia held the position of Programme Manager for Winter Resilience and Covid19 response at the London Borough of Bromley from December 2020 to September 2021, and acted as a Service Review and Business Case Advisor at Hammersmith & Fulham Council from June 2019 to December 2020. Lydia's career also includes roles such as Community Independence Programme Manager at Tri Borough Adult Social Care and various positions at the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, where responsibilities spanned from Out of Hospital Care Programme Manager to Supporting Your Choice roles. Lydia began professional development as a National Management Trainee in the National Development Graduate Programme from October 2007 to October 2009. Lydia holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Local Government Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA hons) in Social Policy from the University of York.
