Leonardo Carmignani Barbosa has a background in international relations and government relations. With extensive experience at ICC Brasil, Leonardo has played various roles including Senior Policy Analyst and Project Manager. Currently, as the Lead for World Chambers Federation Governance and Operations at the International Chamber of Commerce, Leonardo oversees policy and advocacy strategies. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from FAAP and additional courses in government relations.
