Anders Rud Skak-Arnstrup currently serves as a Senior Talent Attraction Partner at BEC, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Anders worked at Odgers Berndtson from July 2013 to August 2020, holding the titles of Senior Business Researcher and Business Researcher, contributing to one of Europe's largest executive search firms. Earlier experience includes a position as a Researcher at Presidents Institute from August 2012 to June 2013, focusing on business research and market analysis. Anders holds a Master of Science degree in Digital Design & Communication from IT-Universitetet i København, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and a degree in Library and Information Science from Danmarks Biblioteksskole, completed in 2008.
