Stefanie Antoni has extensive experience in human resources and people strategy, currently serving in various roles at netgo since November 2018, including People Strategist and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Stefanie worked at Kelly Services as a Student Trainee in the Kelly Academy, where responsibilities included supporting academy development and administrative tasks. Previous experience also includes roles at MES Menschen Entwicklung Systeme GmbH, Olympus Europe, and Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation, focusing on training, consultancy, and administrative support. Stefanie's early career involved assisting in the IT department at Landesbausparkasse Baden-Württemberg. Stefanie holds a Master of Arts in Business Psychology from BSP Business & Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium.
