Fran Michael possesses extensive experience in talent management and development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Management Partner at Beavertown Brewery since May 2019, where previous roles included Talent Development Partner and Learning & Development Manager. Prior to this, Fran held positions at Hobbs London from February 2017 to May 2019 as a Learning and Development Advisor and Learning and Development Coordinator. Fran's career began at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where roles included Team Lead and Topshop Team Trainer from September 2015 to February 2017. Academic achievements include a Certificate in Ballet and Contemporary Dance from Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance (2012-2014) and a high school education with a focus on Mathematics, English, Chemistry, and Geography from Knightswood Secondary School (2006-2012).
