Lauren Carrier has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lauren began their career in 2005 as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie, where they supported sales efforts and worked closely with staff and management. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Leadership Development Consultant at Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, where they traveled to various college campuses to facilitate and implement ideas for improvement in leadership and organizational development.

In 2008, Lauren transitioned to the role of Purchasing Agent at Incentra, where they coordinated the development of orders and provided exceptional customer service. Lauren then worked as a Project Assistant at The Healthcare Collaborative Group in 2010, where they provided project management services to the healthcare industry.

From 2010 to 2014, Lauren worked at Education Solutions, LLC, first as an Academic Coach, providing academic support to students with various needs, and then as a Client Services Coordinator/Academic Coach, managing coordination of schedules and operations. Since 2014, they have been working as an English Teacher at Beaverton School District, teaching a range of English courses to high school students.

Additionally, earlier in their career, Lauren worked as a Camp Director at Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District, where they designed and directed educational programs for middle-school children.
