Tolu Ewherido is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the energy sector and community mentorship. As the Founder and Board Chair of KiiK Network since November 2023, Tolu has focused on supporting Women of Color in early leadership roles. In addition, Tolu serves as Board Chair of the i-Scholar Initiative, guiding strategic growth plans to connect underserved African students with fully funded postgraduate programs. Tolu's previous role as President/VP of Exploration at ExxonMobil spanned over three decades, during which Tolu developed and executed exploration strategies across multiple regions, including Africa, Canada, Brazil, and Asia Pacific. Tolu's educational background includes a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Ibadan and participation in various corporate leadership programs from renowned institutions.
