Greg Gratteau, SPHR, SHRM-SCP CSW, currently serves as the Managing Director of Human Capital Management at BDO USA, LLP, a role held since November 2019, where focus is on developing strategies for workforce engagement and risk management. Previously, Greg held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Landec Corporation from April to August 2019, advising the executive team on HR strategies critical to business growth. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Operations at Constellation Brands and as Director of Human Resources at Gallo Wine Company, where responsibilities encompassed extensive HR oversight, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic collaboration with leadership. Greg began their career in sales and training roles at Gallo Wine Company before transitioning to human resources. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Business & Administration from UCLA.
