Charon Porter serves as the Global Talent Enablement Leader and Global Human Resources Director at RSM US LLP since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at HP from May 2010 to September 2021, where Charon held positions such as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Global Controllership Organization and Print Finance, overseeing HR operations and collaborating with senior executives. Additionally, Charon was the Director of Human Resources for Tax, Print, and PC Finance, managing HR functions across multiple departments and focusing on strategic planning and talent development. Earlier in the career, Charon worked at Cigna as Senior Regional HR Manager from April 2005 to April 2010, directing HR functions for the Texas region and supporting leadership development and employee relations. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University, as well as graduate studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Kansas.
