Desirée Oomen currently holds the position of Senior Assistant Accountant at BDO Nederland since September 2021, having previously served as an Assistant Accountant and Scriptant in Audit & Assurance at the same company earlier in 2021. Desirée's professional experience also includes a role as Thuisondersteuner at Woonzorg Flevoland from June 2019 to November 2020, and as a Sales Processing Employee at Albert Heijn from July 2017 to October 2018. Desirée is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Accountancy at the University of Amsterdam, with prior degrees including an MSc in Accountancy & Control, and a BSc in Economics & Business Economics, all obtained from the same institution. Desirée completed Voortgezet Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs in Economy & Society at Helen Parkhurst and achieved Hoger Algemeen Voortgezet Onderwijs in the same field at Zuyderzee College.
