Dave C. has extensive work experience in the auto glass industry. Dave started their career at ICI Paints in 2000 as a District Manager, where they successfully turned around a struggling region and achieved record sales and profits. Dave then joined Safelite AutoGlass in 2005, where they held various roles including General Manager, National Operations Training Manager, and Manager of Organizational Risk. As General Manager, they led a team of 200 employees and implemented initiatives that tripled sales and increased profits by 10x.
