Theresa Gibson is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in retail management. Since February 2016, Theresa has served as the Senior Customer Service Manager at BDA, LLC. Prior to this role, Theresa held the position of Director of Retail Stores at Dilettante Chocolates from September 2006 to November 2015 and worked as a District Manager at Tully's Coffee Corporation from 2000 to 2005. Theresa completed education at Cascade High School between 1986 and 1989.
