Tonya Miles is an experienced telecommunications professional with over 15 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Telecom Service Assurance Manager at BCN Telecom since September 2008, Tonya has also held roles as Provisioning Supervisor and Local Voice/Internet Provisioner within the same company. Prior to BCN Telecom, Tonya worked at Cleartel Communications from 2004 to 2008, where responsibilities included Account Manager and Customer Service Representative. Tonya completed coursework at Broward College from 2000 to 2002.
