Joe McDaniel is a skilled Project Manager at BCI Technologies since September 2021, with previous experience as a Controls Engineer at U.S. SUGAR and Southern Gardens Citrus, where responsibilities included designing, installing, and programming automated citrus processes. From December 1992 to August 2007, Joe served as an Automation Resource at Cargill, contributing to automated systems for citrus processes, and held roles as Lead Operator and Process Automation Resource. Earlier career stages included work as a Feedmill Operator/E&I Technician at Citrus Hill Mfg Co / Proctor & Gamble and service in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Corporal. Joe holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming/Network Administration from Florida Technical College.
