Kurtis Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property analysis and valuation, currently serving as a Senior Appraiser at BC Assessment since October 2011. Responsibilities include the valuation of various property types such as land, commercial, industrial, and specialty properties, as well as market studies and customer service. Prior to this role, Kurtis worked as a Bellman/Valet at Magnolia Hotel & Spa. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation and Appraisal from UBC Sauder School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria, and a Hospitality Management Diploma from Vancouver Community College.
