Previously, Shubham worked as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst at Wipro, providing valuation services for Blackstone's fund strategies and managing over $7 billion in real assets. Before Wipro, Shubham held the role of Valuation Executive at Black Olive Ventures Pvt. Ltd., specializing in real estate valuation across various asset classes and conducting market intelligence studies. Earlier experience includes roles in business development and internships focused on energy conservation guidelines and urban design projects. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Planning in Spatial Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
