Ximena Toro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ximena is currently working as the Director of Information Technology at Bayview Asset Management, LLC, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Information Technology Manager at the same company from July 2020 to February 2022, and as a Project Manager from June 2017 to July 2020.

Before joining Bayview Asset Management, Ximena worked as a Project Manager at Solstice Benefits, Inc. from June 2016 to May 2017. Ximena also gained valuable experience at C&M Software USA, where they started as an Engineer/Business Analyst in November 2013 and transitioned to the role of General Manager from November 2014 to June 2016.

Ximena's earlier roles include serving as a Quality Assurance Senior Engineer at PRIVE International from May 2012 to November 2013, and as a Data Analyst at Exelsis from January 2010 to November 2012.

Ximena began their career as the BAS Supervision & Management Program Coordinator at Miami Dade College in 2009 and previously worked as an Assistant Manager at H&L Forwarders from 2005 to 2009.

Ximena possesses a wealth of experience in information technology, project management, and business analysis, making their a well-rounded professional in their field.

Ximena Toro's education history includes completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management at Boston University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida between 2010 and 2013. Ximena's educational journey started at Miami Dade College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Biology, General from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Ximena obtained the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2016.
