Hicham CHAGRAOUI is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience at Crédit Agricole CIB since July 2007, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of IT Operations. Hicham co-runs Bank Infrastructure, Network, Middleware, and Cyber Security operations across the APAC and EMEA regions, focusing on ensuring seamless IT operations while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Previous roles at Crédit Agricole include Director of Operations & Applications Services and Head of Global Capital Market IT production, involving oversight of worldwide production engineering teams and IT department transformation efforts. Hicham holds an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School, an MBA from IAE FRANCE, an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from INSA Lyon, and a Master's degree in Capital Markets from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Systems from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.
