Marina Hong Mealin serves as the Senior Vice President Division HRBP Enabling Functions & Cluster HR Head for North America at Bayer, where Marina leads HR strategy for 20,000 employees and drives initiatives for engagement and retention. Marina was also selected as one of ten catalysts to develop a new operating model for Bayer AG, emphasizing Humanocracy and Agile principles. Prior to Bayer, Marina held various senior HR roles at BD, overseeing HR strategy for multiple divisions, and played a significant role in the Linde Group's HR operations across South and East Asia. Marina is a board member of the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, contributing to anti-hunger efforts in the state. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
