Linda Roberts, SPHR, has a strong and diverse work experience in human resources dating back to 1990. Linda has held various positions in different companies, including Bay Photo as Director of Human Resources, Abilities United as Vice President of Human Resources, HR Consulting as Principle/Director/Manager, Hospice of Santa Cruz County as Director of Human Resources, American Cancer Society as a Fund Raising Board of Directors member and part-time HR consultant, Rainmaker Systems as Director of Human Resources, and Amdahl as Manager of Employee/Human Resources. Linda has demonstrated expertise in areas such as employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, HRIS, benefits, policy development, change management, workers compensation, and performance management. Linda has experience in partnering and coaching senior leadership, as well as relating to employees at all levels. Throughout their career, Linda has contributed to strategic development, implemented HR functions, designed and managed various programs, and provided guidance on HR matters. Linda has also been involved in board activities and IPO processes.

Linda Roberts SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Human Resources from San Jose State University. In 2013, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, in 2016, Linda obtained the SPHR Senior Human Resources Certification from the HR Certification Institute.
