Tarquin McDonald is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, finance, and leadership within the sports and business sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive of Bath Rugby Ltd since September 2017, Tarquin has held various senior roles within the organization, including Managing Director and Finance & Strategy Director. Additionally, Tarquin is a Founding Director at both Farleigh Performance and Farleigh Ventures Ltd, and plays a significant role as a Board Trustee for the Bath Rugby Foundation, focusing on initiatives for disadvantaged youth. Previous experience includes directorship at ARENA 1865 Limited, and a Vice Chairman role at Bath BID. Tarquin's background in finance spans positions at Marken and KPMG, where expertise in M&A, auditing, and finance was developed. Tarquin holds a BA Hons degree in English Literature from the University of Leeds.
