Chris Waaler serves as the Vice President of Programs at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works since January 2020, overseeing various key functions including programs, planning, and engineering. Prior roles include Director of Engineering within the same organization. Chris Waaler holds a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
