Neil Leigh is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and transport planning, currently serving as Industry Lead for Transport Planning at KBR, Inc. Previously, Neil held positions as Senior Project Manager and Engineering Manager/2IC at Cardno, in addition to serving as Senior Civil Designer for Logan City Council and Civil Designer at RL Cullen and Associates. Neil obtained a Diploma of Civil Engineering from Southbank Institute of TAFE between 1995 and 2000, and completed education at Ipswich Grammar School from 1990 to 1994.
