Arushi Sood is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Group Manager - HR at Bata India Limited since June 2022. Prior to this role, Arushi held multiple positions at Tata Steel, including Manager HRM Leadership Development & Culture and Human Resources Manager, from April 2019 to June 2022. Arushi began their career as Treasurer at IlluminatiX- Media and PR Cell, XUB from 2018 to April 2019 and gained early experience as an intern at Tata Steel in April 2018. Arushi holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar), completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kirori Mal College, which was obtained in 2017.
