Ramona Ramsauer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Blue Tomato GmbH since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ramona held various positions at Doka, including Team Lead HR Business Partner & Recruitment and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included integrating HR strategies into business decisions and supporting the employee life cycle. Ramona also served as Regional HR Manager for North Asia at AGRANA Fruit, overseeing a team and coordinating HR activities during the establishment of a plant in Changzhou, China. Additional experience includes HR-related roles within AGRANA Group, such as HR Expert Controlling & Systems and HR Manager, as well as assisting in academic environments. Ramona holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership & Change Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and currently pursuing a degree as a Dipl.
