Kevin Duggan began their work experience in 1994 as a Senior Programmer Analyst/Software Analyst at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies. In the same year, they also joined Innovative Software Solutions as a Senior Software Analyst/Programmer Analyst. At Innovative Software Solutions, Kevin specialized in the conversion of new clients' data files, new client installations, and custom programming. Kevin had expertise in modules such as remittance processing, liquidated damages, and interest charges. In May 2016, they took on additional responsibilities of training new programmers and assigning new projects to their team.

Kevin Duggan received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from La Salle University in the years 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Masters of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing it between 2008 and 2013.
