Previously, Rohan held leadership roles at Queensland Rugby League, Coinstash, Events Sports & Entertainment, Rugby League World Cup, Australian Turf Club, Goldman Sachs, UBS, and CommSec. Rohan has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Sports Management from the University of Technology Sydney and has completed executive leadership programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School Online.
