Wayne Callaghan is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Vice-director of Boarding at BASIS International Schools in Wuhan since February 2024 and as the Dean of Boarding Life at BASIS International Schools since July 2023. With a strong background in boarding and residential education, Wayne has held the position of Associate Head Teacher and Head of Residence/Boarding at International School Brunei since August 2019. Previously, from September 2002 to July 2019, Wayne was the Director of Sporting Excellence and Sales at Buckswood School, contributing to the Senior Management Team and focusing on business development. Wayne holds a Master of Arts in Residential Education from the University of Buckingham (2020-2021) and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education (2022-2023).
