Iustin Dimitrie Zaharioiu is an experienced professional in technical support and implementation, currently serving as the Lead Technical Support and Implementation Specialist at BaseLinker since November 2021. Prior to this role, Iustin worked at eMAG from August 2020 to November 2021 as a Marketplace Support Tech Expert, where tasks involved troubleshooting through Salesforce and managing technical queries. Additionally, Iustin held various customer support positions at eMAG, focusing on training, escalation management, and complex problem resolution. Earlier experience includes culinary roles at MV BAR and Atlantic Fish & Chop House. Iustin holds a Master’s degree in Business Systems Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din București and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
