Maria Mavrofrydi has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and web development. Maria started their career as an IT Intern at Lighthouse eCommerce & eMarketing Solutions in 2008. Later, they worked as a Front End Web Developer at Solid Soft International from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they became self-employed as a Web Developer from 2012 to 2016. Maria also worked as a Web Developer at Mozaik from 2016 to 2016. In 2013, they joined Lighthouse eCommerce & eMarketing Solutions again, this time as a Front End Web Developer until 2016. Maria then worked as a Software Engineer at MOU S.A. from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer at National Documentation Centre (EKT/NHRF) - Ethniko Kentro Technologias kai Ereunas. Most recently, they are working as a Frontend Developer at Baselane since 2021.

Maria Mavrofrydi completed their High School education at the 4th Lyceum of Alimos, Athens, from 2001 to 2003. Maria then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Athens Technical Educational Institute, graduating between 2004 and 2009.
