Naveen Ayyagari is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Blend, Naveen has previously held significant positions at Pandora, including Director of Software Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. Additionally, Naveen co-founded Socialscope, Inc. Naveen holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
