Peter Flaherty is a seasoned sports professional currently serving as a National Writer and Analyst for Baseball America since December 2022. Flaherty has been a Board Member of the Cotuit Athletic Association since January 2021 and previously held the position of Director of Baseball Operations for the Cotuit Kettleers from August 2017 to December 2022. Flaherty has also worked as an Associate Scout for the New York Yankees from February 2021 to December 2022 and as a Scout and Coaching Staff Assistant for Area Code Games with the Yankees from April 2020 to December 2022. Additionally, Flaherty was the Head MLB Liaison for the Cape Cod Baseball League and contributed to Prospects Live from September 2019 to October 2021. Flaherty's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, obtained in 2021, following studies at Belmont Hill School.
