Simren Lehal, MHRM, currently serves as a Compensation Analyst at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Compensation Consultant at Drexel University from November 2021 to October 2022 and Compensation Analyst at Cuyahoga Community College between June 2017 and November 2021, where responsibilities also included HRIS Data Representative functions. Simren's career began at Cleveland Clinic as a Financial Counselor and HR Associate, providing financial operations support and services to HR departments, respectively. Prior work experiences include serving as a Clerical Assistant at Keis George LLP and supporting patients with mental health disorders at The Nord Center. Simren holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University and two Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Kent State University and Richmond, The American International University in London.
