Darian Rich is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Talent Management & Global Human Resources at Barrick Gold Corporation since January 2012. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources at Barrick Gold Corporation, Vice President of Human Resources at Albemarle, and various senior HR positions at The Coca-Cola Company, where Rich developed expertise in international human resources services and regional HR management. Additionally, experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at BHP Billiton and as a Senior Labor Relations Representative at General Motors. Darian Rich holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Labor & Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
