Kim Kubiak-Mota currently serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Barracuda, beginning this role in January 2024. Prior to this position, Kim held various senior roles at Poly, including Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, and was responsible for areas such as People Strategy and Talent Acquisition. Kim's extensive experience in human resources also includes leadership roles at IDT as Head of Global Human Resources, Yahoo as Sr. Human Resource Business Partner, and Cypress Semiconductor Corporation as Human Resources Business Partner Manager. Kim began a career in banking at Wells Fargo Bank & Co. and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from San Jose State University.
